Benidorm Beach · from the locking plan to daily use
At Benidorm Beach I worked on the locking and master key plan, its relationship with DOM Tapkey and the permission matrix, coordination, commissioning and access validation.
The footage shows how keys, permissions and mechanical systems relate to building management and evolution. This work belongs to my personal career before SegurIA.
The scope described does not include bookings, PMS or other integrations that have not been confirmed for this case.

Alcalá de Henares
In progress: access specification for 16 homes, with supply and installation by SegurIA Solutions in stages. Digital and code access demonstrated on one door. Integration with the operator’s management software and a future transition from rental to sale remain planned, not completed.
Fuenlabrada
Review and coordination of a manufacturer-specified emergency exit solution with external access control. The missing external operating hardware was ordered. The original specification was the manufacturer’s; commissioning is not presented as work performed by me.
Judicial building · Region of Murcia · 2024
Participation from the supply side in organising fire doors by groups and relating them to the master key system. Evidence: a technical quotation dated November 2024. This is not presented as an installation completed by me.
Training and professional relationships
The 2025 steel-door installer qualification covers the issuing manufacturer’s products, components and maintenance. Manufacturer training in master key systems and access control complements my experience. I founded SegurIA Solutions and maintain commercial relationships with manufacturers; those relevant to an assignment are disclosed in its proposal.
