Property managers
Organise access rights and building administration.
I help organise keys, credentials and permissions for residents, maintenance teams, contractors and visitors, with clear responsibility for issuing, changing and withdrawing access.
Let’s discuss your projectWhere I can help
- Master keys need a traceable custody arrangement.
- Permissions must be withdrawn when users leave.
- Maintenance access should reflect the spaces genuinely needed.
- A change of operator requires a handover of accounts, credentials and physical keys.
Documents for your project
- Access permission matrix
- Key and credential register
- Handover procedure
Deliverables depend on the agreed scope. Doors, cylinders, master key systems, escape routes and access control are considered together.
Removing a mechanical key from a software register does not stop it opening a lock. Recover the key or change the cylinder where required.
Building access study
I assess how each access point is protected, used and administered. The agreed scope sets out the decisions, deliverables, coordination and fees in writing.
Discover →Prepare for building management and change
The study can cover new and existing buildings: build to sell (BTS), build to rent (BTR), flex living, residential communities and shared spaces. It starts with who needs access, where, when and under whose responsibility.
It considers keys alongside credentials, onboarding and offboarding, occupant, manager, operator or ownership changes and expansion. Tests, documentation, training and maintenance responsibilities are agreed before handover.
The platform is assessed alongside the mechanical systems and building use. Compatibility and scope of bookings, PMS or other connections are verified for the project. Subsequent supply or implementation is agreed separately.
Let’s talk about access for your project.
Tell me about your building, the project stage and what you need to resolve. We can discuss support from access planning through to everyday use and management.
